単著論文（査読あり）が2016年10月、『Paddy and Water Environment』に掲載されました。
本稿では、現行施策における飼料用水稲の流通上の課題を整理した上で、R. H. Coase. とO. E. Williamsonの取引費用理論に基づき、飼料用米と稲WCSの取引費用を比較分析しました。さらに千葉県香取市の事例分析から中間組織体による流通実態を分析しました。この結果、資産特殊性が高い稲WCSの取引コストは飼料用米よりも高く、畜産農家による内作あるいは、中間組織による流通の有効性が高いことを指摘しました。その上で、千葉県香取市で形成されている稲WCS流通における中間組織は、稲作農家、畜産農家、および戦略的に制度的環境を扱う地方自治体の連帯によって、個別に達成することができない取引費用を削減するのに役立っている実態を明らかにしました。
